How am I billed?
Annually, in USD. Taxes where applicable are calculated and shown before you pay. Payment happens on the payment provider’s hosted page; card details never reach Audon. See the Billing & Cancellation Policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in the app or through the API. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period; you keep paid features until then and get a confirmation email.
When is Starter worth it?
Starter is USD 3,588 a year. It tends to make sense when you spend USD 10,000 or more a month on AI APIs and your audit shows patterns worth watching. If it doesn’t, stay on the free audit.
Do you take a share of savings?
No. Pricing is a flat subscription, so we have no incentive to inflate savings, and the product only reports savings that were measured.
Is there a trial of paid features?
The free audit is the trial: it runs the same detectors on your real spend. Demo organizations let you explore monitoring and verification with synthetic data.
