What we read: Daily billing and token usage from your provider. Never prompts, outputs, or your customers’ personal data.
UAE PDPL: Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 covers personal data. Its Executive Regulations had not been issued as of 2026. The only personal data we hold is your team’s account details, and our Data Processing Addendum is available for review.
DIFC and ADGM: Both free zones have their own data protection laws. If you are established there, your DPO can review our DPA and subprocessor list before you connect.
Where data is hosted: United States (Vercel, Neon). We don’t offer UAE data residency yet. Tell us if you need it.
Certifications: No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 yet. Our security overview lists the controls in place.
