What is a decision?
Agent actions
Decision
What Audon decided about a proposed action: allowed, denied, pending_approval, or would_deny (monitoring mode: one of your own policies would have denied it; the action ran). The decision is kept separate from the outcome, so an action is never “approved but failed” in one status.
