What is a protected action?
Agent actions
Protected action
A business action an AI agent proposes (a refund, a customer credit, a discount, a subscription change or an order cancel) that runs through Audon: checked against your rules before it runs, executed through a connector, verified at the provider and kept as evidence. Plans include a monthly volume of protected actions.
